Refund policy

We want PwDone to work for your file. If it does not, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

When you can get a refund

• PwDone cannot recover the password for the file you bought it for.
• You were charged twice, or your license key never arrived.

The 14-day window starts on the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number or receipt, and the file type if you can.

We usually respond within one business day and approve eligible requests promptly.

Who issues the refund

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase and issues the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Because PwDone is a digital product delivered immediately, some jurisdictions limit the right of withdrawal for downloaded software; our 14-day policy applies regardless.
